One of the activities of WP2130 will be to ensure the implementation of the FAIR principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability of the data uploaded in the ASPIS database. To this purpose, the first task foreseen will be about the verification of the database functionality and the ASPIS products management in compliance with the FAIR data practices.
The main focus of WP2130 will be the population of the database instances with relevant data from their assorted sources and the verification of the database functionality and adherence to FAIR principles.
To this purpose, whenever parts of the products from Node1000 will not be available, we foresee the use of synthetic data to populate the database and proceed with the functionality tests.
